Summer Institutes Surveys and Forms

Surveys
Please fill out the two surveys linked below. Each survey should not take longer than 10 minutes for you to complete. The Course Survey will need to be filled out each semester the course is taught.

After completing the surveys, save them with your name as part of the filename and send them to Rett Weber at weberev@msu.edu.

Notes about video taping

Send a completed Video Taping Information form with each tape.

Number of videotapes: Each instructor is video taped twice in two different semesters/terms (total of 4 tapes) for the same course. Within one semester, taping should occur with about 4-6 weeks in between each.

Course to tape: Ideally a large, introductory biology course that you teach twice over the next two years.

Key to the quality of each tape is 'sound': The reviewers need to hear you and your students' voices.
