Faculty Final Survey	Fill out and return one.
Course Survey	Fill out and return one survey per course taught or course expected to teach.
Please download these Word versions of the surveys. You may fill them in electronically and e-mail them to weberev@msu.edu as attachments. Don't worry about formatting. Please rename the file with your name (e.g. weber_f_Survey.dot, weber_course_plb203.dot, weber_course_isb202.dot). If you prefer you can print them, fill them in, and fax them to me (Rett Weber) at 517-353-6787 or mail them to: Rett Weber, 166 Plant Biology, Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI 48824. Thank you for taking the time to complete these surveys. This information is a valuable and necessary part of this project.

Project Timeline

	RTOP
RTOP Schedule	The RTOP taping schedule is based upon communications with team members and current records. Please email or call Rett Weber if to correct or update the schedule. Question marks indicate missing dates.
RTOP Protocol	Each instructor is video taped twice in two different semesters (total of 4 tapes) for the same course. Tapes within a semester should be separated by more than one month. Each semester instructor fills out course survey.
RTOP Video taping form [PDF]	Form to send back with RTOP tapes. This simple form ensures that we get all of the information we need to properly analyse the RTOP data.
